Acceptable Use Of Elegant Themes' Trademarks
Elegant Themes, Inc. (“Elegant Themes”, “we”, "our" or “us”) is the owner of several registered trademarks, including "Elegant Themes," "Divi" and "Bloom." We are also the owners of several common use trademarks. ("trademark," "trademarks") This policy outlines the acceptable use of these trademarks by third parties. The intention of this policy is to create a system of rules that promote community growth while at the same time protecting our customers and the Divi brand. What is good for the community is good for the brand, and what is good for the brand is good for the community. Unacceptable use of Elegant Themes' trademarks will not be allowed and we will use the fullest extent of the law to protect our customers from websites, businesses and products that are damaging and misleading.
Trademarks may not be used in any way that may deceive our customers. Trademarks may not be used in a way that appears intentionally confusing. Brand separation between Elegant Themes and any company using Elegant Themes' trademarks must be clear and deliberate.
Use of trademarks in domain names is allowed when accompanied by additional wording or descriptors when using the following Top Level Domains: .com, .net, .org, .edu, .gov, .info, .co, .us. For example, "divi.net" would not be allowed, but "divithemehelp.net" would be acceptable. For all other Top Level Domains, divi can be used without additional descriptors. For example, while divi.net would not be allowed, divi.agency would be allowed. Use of trademarks in domain names are subject to the following requirements and restrictions:

If your domain name includes an Elegant Themes trademark, the following disclosure must be visible on all pages of the website:
No Use Of Elegant Themes' Logos In Website Branding
If your domain name includes an Elegant Themes trademark, you may not use the Elegant Themes logo or any Elegant Themes product logos in your website's logo or brand assets. For example, you may not use the Divi "D" or the Elegant Themes "*" in your website header, as a part of our website's logo or in any of your website's brand assets.
Logos may be used in other captacities, for example: within blog posts and pages, on tutorials or to describe your website's relationship to Divi and Elegant Themes. You may, for example, use the Divi logo in an image when writing a Divi-related tutorial on your blog. You may use the Divi logo on a product page when describing to your customers that a product is built for Divi. You may use the Divi logo on your agency's website to let your customer's know that your team is a proud user of Divi. You may use our logos on your website so long as the logos are not used as part of your website's indentity.
No Confusing Design And Color Schemes
If your domain name includes an Elegant Themes trademark, the website using the domain name must use a unique color scheme and design style. Creating a website that uses an Elegant Themes' trademark and has a similar design style to ElegantThemes.com is intentionally misleading and confusing to our customers and will therefore be deemed unacceptable.

No Use Of Elegant Themes' Logos
If your product name includes an Elegant Themes trademark, you may not use the Elegant Themes logo or any Elegant Themes product logos in association with your product's branding except to describe your product's relationship to Elegant Themes. For example, you may not use the Divi "D" or the Elegant Themes "*" as part of your products own logo, but you may use the Divi logo to clarify that your product is built for Divi.

You may use text-based trademarks in your marketing materials, however, you may not use Elegant Themes' logos in marketing materials. For example, you may mention the word "Divi" in your ad's text, but you may not attach the Divi logo to your ad image. If an advertisement that includes an Elegant Themes text-based trademark links to a web page, that web page may not include the Elegant Themes' logo or the logos of any of Elegant Themes' products.
