We like to take a hands-on approach when it comes to support. That’s why we created the Divi remote access system, which allows any websites owner to give our support team limited access to your WordPress admin panel with a click of a button. We’ll log into your website, research the issues and even fix it for you if possible. It’s a magical thing when you click a button and your problems get solved for you!
Divi’s System Status identifies issues with your hosting environment so that you can fix them and ensure that Divi runs optimally. This is a great place to start when setting up your Divi site, and it eliminates the guesswork.
The huge ecosystem of WordPress and Divi products is an amazing resource. However, we have all run into plugin conflicts that can cause bugs or even crash websites. Divi Safe Mode allows you to log into your Divi websites with all plugins temporary disabled (only for you, and not your visitors). This allows you to use Divi while bypassing and identifying conflicts with other plugins. Your website will continue to run normally with plugins enabled while you are logged in using Safe Mode.
Divi’s visual builder is packed full of helpful instructional videos. No matter where you are in the builder, there will be a blue help icon that you can press to learn more about whatever you are currently doing. First of all, the Divi Builder is, in my opinion, hands down the best and fastest way to build professional, attractive, and responsive websites.
