Welcome to Day 11 of our Divi 100 Marathon. Keep tuning in for 100 days in a row of awesome Divi resources as we count down to the amazing release of Divi 3.0 on the final day of the series!
Many members of the Divi Community, including Elegant Themes itself, use or are a part of a distributed work force of designers, developers, content creators, and project managers. Having the right tools in place and establishing a good workflow for incoming projects is essential to success. Otherwise you risk dropping tasks, miscommunication, and overall disorganization–all of which can drastically effect your company’s bottom line. If not erase it all together. That’s why in my talk with Cory Jenkins of Aspen Grove Studios we focused on how they manager their team and the tools that make it all possible.
Establishing a Workflow for Distributed Design Teams with Cory Jenkins – The Divi Nation Podcast, Episode 24
[powerpress]
In this episode of Divi Nation I catch up with Cory Jenkins of Aspen Grove Studios to learn how he and his business partner David Blackmon have established a successful workflow between themselves and their distributed team of design and development collaborators.
Along the way we also learn Cory’s WordPress story as he describes the journey that lead him out of the marketing world and into the web design world. I hope you enjoy our conversation. If you have questions about anything we cover please feel free to drop us a line in the comments section below. And don’t forget to subscribe to our YouTube channel and email newsletter for more Divi Nation interviews, tutorials, and freebies.

Divi 3.0 will change the way you build websites with the Divi Builder forever!
Let the countdown begin.
Cory talked about the pre-consult questionnaire. Is there any resources you have that would help with creating something like this?
Thanks,
Matt
Heyya,
Not sure if it’s intentional but, when attempting to download podcast on iOS podcast app, it simply doesn’t download for offline listening as do other podcasts.
Would love to be able to listen to the podcast offline while flying.
Hey Paul, sorry about that. I need to fix our feed apparently.
Thanks for sharing!!
Kind of shocking to hear that Aspen Grove uses Evernote to store logins. And then Nathan asking why not use a shared spreadsheet.
How unsafe can you go? Guys, use a dedicated password manager like LastPass. It encrypts all data, automatically logs you in where ever you want and you can share individual record with theme members on a need to know bases.
Thanks!
Thanks for having me on Nathan!
Thanks for all your time and sharing knowledge guys. Always appreciated.
Thanks for listening, Ed!
Wow, I can’t wait to try all of these things for my website! Thank you Nathan, I love your website!
With Regards
Hazel
Cheers Guys. I never knew you had a Youtube channel. I’ve just subscribed and looking forward to learning many things.
lol. love it…I figured Doug did at least half of the work 😉
I can hardly afford to keep him on payroll these days 🙂
Hi Nathan, first of all, I want to give big thanks to this podcast that you shared with us. Keep up the good work
What happened here? Day 12 got posted before day 11…
I made a scheduling mistake. It’s been fixed. There may temporarily be some caching issues in the blog feed though. Sorry!
I did not receive Divi 100 Day 11 email… any ideas on what the problem is?
