View All Of Your Websites in One Place
Divi Dash offers a streamlined view of all your websites in one convenient location. Easily identify your websites and the updates they need, and filter by tags or client. The best part? You can log into any website within Divi Dash with a single click.
Manage WordPress Themes and Plugins
Divi Dash‘s bread and butter is its ability to effortlessly update your website’s themes and plugins. Easily view how many sites require plugin and theme updates and update them simultaneously with one click. If you prefer, you can also update your themes and plugins one site at a time.
Manage Your Themes
Divi Dash gives you a unique look at all the themes installed across your websites. This lets you easily identify which ones need updating and which are installed. You can click on an individual site and keep track of which are active and inactive, allowing you to delete themes you aren’t using to save valuable resources.
View A Website’s Stats In A Personalized Dashboard
Clicking on a website in the main dashboard takes you to its individual dashboard, which offers plenty of information about your site.
- Updates: Get an overview of your site’s plugins, themes, and WordPress core to easily see what needs to be updated.
- Themes & Plugins: This section shows which themes and plugins are active and inactive, allowing you to remove ones you are no longer using. You can also set up auto-updates here to automate the process.
- System Status Report: Gain valuable information about your WordPress installation, including the version of WordPress, PHP, and MySQL, and control various PHP parameters like max post size, max upload file size, and PHP memory limit to name a few. You can also visit your site’s Divi Support Center to easily open a support ticket, view error logs, and more.
- Optimization: Keep your database tidy by deleting spam comments, post and page revisions, and posts and pages in the trash.
- Site Users: Easily add a new user to a WordPress website without having to log in.
- Website Notes: Add any relevant information you’d like to remember about the site.
Manage All Of Your Clients In One Place
With Divi Dash, you can manage all your clients in one place. You can easily manage client contact details, add notes, and view a list of websites associated with each client.
Work Alongside Your Team
As mentioned earlier, Divi Dash allows you to invite team members or clients to join your organization. Through direct integration with Divi Teams, you can add team members, assign them permissions to individual websites, and share access to all (or some) of your Divi products. Every team member gets their own Elegant Themes login, so sharing your password with anyone else is unnecessary.
Manage Site Activity
Divi Dash’s history tab allows you to view your site activity for up to 60 days. It will enable you to filter activity by action, including updates, plugin and theme activation and deactivation, and activity type. Divi Dash functions much like the WP Activity Log plugin, enabling you to see a history of your site activity and making it easier to identify potential issues and when they occurred.

I started using Divi Dash and noticed the following:
> If you’re using a Firewall (i.e., Wordfence), this can hinder the connection that Divi Dash needs to make for the setup. So you’ll need to disable the firewall and then make the connection.
> Even after the connection is made and you do see the site on the Dash Dashboard, after re-enabling the firewall, there still seems to be syncing issues.
> Leaving the firewall off and after re-syncing/refreshing the Dash and then making updates via the Dash (plugins, themes), I noticed inconsistencies betweem the Dash and the website’s WP Plugin listing.
This is in no way a criticsm of the Divi Dash. I do think it has purpose. However, I think more research needs to be considered when websites have firewalls. There needs to be a way to overcome the connection not working as well as the usage of the sync/refresh and maintenance if the firewall has be disabled every time. If I have to disable the firewall every time, then there’s no purpose in using Divi Dash.
I contacted Divi support if they’ve heard about any challenges with sites using firewalls. The answer was no. I guess I’m the first.
I’m open to feedback or anyone else’s experience that can shed some light on possible solutions. Right now, I don’t think Divi Dash will serve me well if I have to disable firewalls.
NOTE:
I am using Incognito to do all of this.
Divi Dash is a great utility for anyone managing multiple websites. Will there be any reporting capabilities added in the future. The ability to send clients a monthly report on what updates took place on their site is a must-have.
