Ending Thoughts: PART DEUX
JUST ONE CAVEAT. If you’re a fan of the 80/20 rule consider putting your design efforts in a niche where struggling artists and restaurant owners aren’t synonymous with JOB – JUST OVER BROKE!
I know I know many may disagree with me, but numbers don’t lie. 7 out of 10 restaurants fail in the first 5 years and 2 out 3 that remain will fail in the next few years.
It’s a very hard business to make any serious money. The owners have to sell a boat load of plates to pay for your services. Unless you’re selling $300 site designs 😉
And yes franchises are a completely different story.
I’ve been in the hospitality niche for 20 years and know a thing or two about this area.
Personally I prefer getting paid tops dollars for my work so I tend to go after businesses who have got real dollars to spend and won’t bark when you quote them a great looking, yet simple for you to create, web design for $3-$5k minimum.
My 2 cents.
On that note: Love the themes shared and congrats on the those mentioned 🙂
Thanks for featuring Anthem Foods! =)
You’re welcome John!
Great Child themes!
Thanks Kostas!
