Elegant Themes has acquired the suite of DonDivi extensions, including flagship products DiviMenus and DonDivi Builder. Ramon, the creator of DonDivi, is joining our team, and we’ll work together to ensure a smooth transition to Divi 5 and support the products long term. 💜

We’re also giving away DonDivi products for free as a bonus with all Divi pro services!

Ramon built DonDivi with a true passion for design and Divi. DonDivi has been a leader in the DiviMarketplace since day one, and we’re really happy to bring them on board.

Download DonDivi Products For Free

We’re giving away all DonDivi products for free to everyone participating in the extended ecosystem of Divi Pro services. If you are a Divi Pro customer, have purchased any services bundle, or are subscribed to Divi AI, Divi Cloud, or Divi VIP, you get DonDivi products for free as a bonus.

For example, if you subscribe to Divi VIP for only $6 per month, you’ll get every DonDivi product for free, valued at over $170 per year, along with 24/7 VIP support and extended discounts in the Divi Marketplace.

This acquisition is a creative way to take a beloved extension, immediately make it more broadly available, and pack a ton of extra value into every Divi service!

What’s Next For DonDivi?

First, we’ll train our support team on DonDivi to help customers even faster through our live chat system.

Next, we’ll use DonDivi as a test case for backward compatibility in Divi 5, ensuring all DonDivi products work with the new version.

After that, we’ll use our development resources to speed up the Divi 5 conversion process of DonDivi products, giving DonDivi customers an even faster version of the products they love.

Finally, we’ll use DonDivi modules as templates/candidates for new Divi core modules, giving our team a jumpstart when Divi 5 is finished.

Updating DonDivi Extensions For Divi 5

Our priority in DonDivi development is empowering the current DonDivi team to speed up converting all DonDivi products to Divi 5. With another set of modules on our plate, we’ll look for ways to simplify the module conversion process for us and the broader Divi community.

Merging DonDivi Modules Into Divi Core

People keep asking us why we don’t make more modules for Divi. We’ve had our hands full with Divi 5, recreating Divi’s foundation from the ground up. Furthermore, Divi 4 can’t handle many modules the way Divi 5 can.

But that’s about the change, and we’re itching to make a ton of new modules! 🙌 DonDivi will give us a head start. Once our team has converted all DonDivi modules to Divi 5 and ensured perfect performance, we’ll evaluate which modules should be moved into Divi core or used as a starting point for new core Divi modules.

What Does DonDivi Have To Offer?

DonDivi has much to offer. The DiviMenus family makes creating advanced headers and menus easy and includes extensions for additional menu types, including floating menus and sharing buttons.

The DonDivi Builder includes popular modules, including advanced grids, pop-ups, content toggles, and more.

DiviPasswords allows you to create restricted content within any page, and DiviSignatures makes it easy to build fancy email signatures using Divi.

DonDivi Builder

DonDivi Builder is a collection of new Divi modules, including popular modules such as Content Toggles and Pop-Ups. It includes nine new modules with a wide range of applications.

It’s a great way to immediately expand your Divi toolkit and open up new possibilities for building new types of websites!

DiviMenus Family

DiviMenus and its family of menu extensions make it easy to build any menu you can imagine! It can do everything from fun floating animated menus to advanced mega menus to social sharing buttons.

DiviMenu’s advanced trigger system allows you to build interactive menus that show and hide elements when you click. That makes Divi your canvas for creating mega menus and pop-ups.

It’s hard to explain just how versatile DiviMenus is; for that, you should look at these creative example layouts.

DiviPasswords

With DiviPasswords, you can easily create password-restricted content. Lock any section or row and require users to enter a password to access content. You can easily password-protect premium content, downloads, and more.

DiviSignatures

DiviSignatures makes it easy to create custom email signatures using Divi. What a fun application! Who would have thought you could use Divi to design things other than websites?

  1. Best News Ever!!!

  2. cool 😎 thanks!

  3. that’s awesome!! and the divi menus should be part of Divi core!!

  4. Looking forward to being natively incorporated into Divi core.

    • Totally agree. Having to depend on all these 3rd party plugins has been frustrating at times. I just end up coding them into a divi child theme myself.

  5. I couldn’t think of a better place to be, to grow, and to contribute.
I discovered Divi in 2013, and all these years have led me here.
I can only say thank you to everyone. Long live Divi! 💜

    • Very Disappointing, Divi Lifetime membership feel like freamium products now days.

      • Same sensation here, Shiv Singh Verma

    • Congratulations Ramon !

  6. Will all Don Divi modules be available in Divi 5 for free?
Or will they remain separate and have to be paid for again?

    • Our plan is to move certain modules from DonDivi into Divi core after the Divi 5 conversion is complete.

      • Just out if curiosity, which modules are first on your radar to get integrated directly into Divi5?

  7. I log in into my divi account. I cant’find a free version of don divi modules to try it…..?

  8. Congratulations to Elegant Themes on acquiring DonDivi! This is exciting news for the Divi community, and it’s great to see continued innovation in the WordPress ecosystem. Looking forward to seeing how this acquisition enhances Divi’s features and user experience!

  9. This is excellent news! The DonDivi modules expand the possibilities of Divi enormously. In comparison, the Divi modules seem really old-fashioned.

    • Awesome stuff, Divi has needed popups and a lot of these functions for a long time. I’m most excited for just having them as core Divi features instead of having to install separate plugins.

  10. That is good news. Good choice Ramon. I hope some of these awesome plugins will be integrated into core, like the Mega Menu and Toggle, those are REALLY welcome 🤩

  11. Are the DonDivi modules compatible with Divi 5 yet? I can’t wait to use the Filterable Masonry Gallery!

    • Not yet, but this will be our priority.

  12. Hmmm…I’ve been a Lifetime subscriber for years and to find out that you have to be a Pro subscriber to take advantage of the ‘free’ DonDivi product doesn’t seem fair. It’s not really free if you have to either upgrade/purchase the Pro subscription to take advantage of this offer. What’s the point in being a Lifetime Subscriber if you’re not able to take advantage of a few extra perks?

Would ET be be open to restructuring their package deals between the Lifetime and Pro so at least the Lifetime subscribers can take advantage of a few things,? For example:
    – include AI but with limited usage per month
    – include Divi Cloud, but limited storage
    – include DonDivi, but with 1/2 of the features

I get the feeling that ET is eventually going to phase out Lifetime and force those subscribers to upgrade to Pro and charge exorbitantly. While I understand the ET has been growing and now acquiring/joining other development companies, adding AI, cloud-based storage, etc. and that the cost has to be passed down to the consumer in order to pay the bills and make a profit, there really is no perk to be a Lifetime subscriber anymore if ET’s sole focus is on Divi Pro. True, there is mention that a few of DonDivi’s options will be integrated into the Divi Core, the questions are ‘What’ and ‘When’? After Divi 5 is officially released? Or while it is still in the Public Alpha phase?

I’d like to see what Nicholas has to say about the future of the Lifetime membership and what we should expect.

    Just my two cents worth.

    • @HA,
I’m also a lifetime subscriber and fully agree with you 100%

      • Agree. Not fair. DIVI simply lacks of many modules. We all could benefit from DonDIVI modules.

    • We have no plans to phase out the Lifetime license, and even if we did, we’d never take it away from those who purchased it.

Our lifetime membership is an incredible value, granting access to Divi and a lifetime of support and updates. None of our competitors offer something comparable! Our entire team is working on Divi 5 right now, which all lifetime members get for free.

      It’s also a delicate balance.

Maintaining a large development team that can push Divi forward for lifetime users requires many resources. There is strength in diversity, and ultimately our ecosystem of pro services helps fuel Divi’s core development and makes the lifeteime license possible.

      • I personally find Divi Pro very strategically correct. The reason is; Today it is impossible to use WordPress without a page builder. That’s why I bought Divi Lifetime, which at least gives you everything you need to get started and for that I thank you very much. Because this is what brought me from Elementor to Divi. It is very sad that you lose everything as soon as the subscription ends. Apart from that, I think the option to benefit both yourself and the company by using Divi Pro when needed for additional features is also great. There is a win-win situation on both sides. I think if a package is to be removed in the future, it should definitely be Divi’s monthly package. Everyone should buy the main package for life, and then anyone who wishes can get a Pro subscription. In this way, the Lifetime Subscription fears in the minds of existing customers will be over.

  13. This is a great move by Elegant Themes! Investing in long-time third-party developers is a fantastic way to keep the Divi ecosystem thriving. Since ET is naturally going to build out modern functionality that already exists in third-party plugins, this approach helps support those developers instead of having their work slowly become obsolete.

I’m excited to see ET continue expanding Divi’s core capabilities with new, modern web development tools. Keeping up with the latest advancements and integrating them directly into Divi will make the builder even more powerful and future-proof for all users.

I also really appreciate the Divi Pro services model—offering SaaS-based tools like AI, cloud storage, cloud site management, and VIP support at an affordable rate is a great way for the community to contribute back to ET while getting extra value. My hope is that ET continues in this direction, ensuring core Divi functionality remains accessible to everyone without moving to a SaaS paywall.

Keep up the awesome work! The progress on Divi 5 has been incredible, and I can’t wait to see what’s next! 🚀

  14. Wish you had offered DonDivi products for free to users with a lifetime subscription as well.
