The main settings area under WP Admin > Settings > EWWW Image Optimizer allows you to configure the settings applied to images when you upload them.

You can remove image metadata, auto-resize images to set width and height, and enable lazy loading, auto-scaling, and auto-WebP conversion.

The bulk optimizer is available under WP Admin > Media > Bulk Optimize to optimize images already in your media library.
